Counselling is crucial when someone feels the need to discuss their personal problems and circumstances with someone who is professionally trained to help them in these matters and situations.
“Stress”, for example can lead to headaches, lack of energy, sadness, nervousness, anger, irritability, lack of concentration, memory problems, difficulty sleeping, panic attacks and depression. All of these problems, if left undiagnosed and untreated, can lead to serious physiological ailments.

My name is Samad Khan. I am a foreign certified mental health counsellor based in Lahore. I provide one-on-one counselling sessions. I also offer online counselling for those with busy lives or who have difficulty traveling or just feel more comfortable using this method to speak to their therapist.
I establish a positive and non-judgmental relationship with my client based on unconditional support and complete confidentiality. My approach is integrative and person-centered. This allows for a therapeutic relationship which is instrumental in bringing about positive change.

People come to me with problems like stress( especially stress related to corona virus these days ), depression, anxiety, anger, sleep issues, marital/couple and relationship issues, teenage problems, low self-esteem and low confidence, obesity, eating disorders, mental abuse, phobias/fears, trauma and other psychological concerns.
I also work with people who want to understand themselves on a deeper level, or who use therapy as an ongoing way to maintain happiness and well being.
